Learn to Square Dance:
Our next six week introductory session will commence March 18th 2025 It is then hoped that this group will be ready to come along on our Club nights on Saturday, and continue to learn the many new moves that are still required to attain Mainstream level.
TUESDAY nights commence at 7.00 pm Come along and join a fun activity that needs your commitment. Walk 3 - 4 km each night. Meet new people and create new friends. Nightly fee $ 12.00
Square Dancing is different to other types of dancing in that it requires a commitment so that you can obtain the level of dance that is danced at the majority of clubs in Australia and actually worldwide. You don't learn a dance you learn movements and the Caller tells you which movements to do to make up the dance.

Our Club Programme at a Glance
Our Club meets on the First (1st), Third (3rd) and Fifth (5th) Saturday of each month. February to November. We commence at 7.00 pm with Round Dancing or Plus and 7.30 pm with Square Dancing (Mainstream Level).
As the fifth Saturday is special we have a "Theme" night and we celebrate with a combined supper. The "Themes" for 2025 are 29th March "Aussie Theme", May 31st "PJ's:, August 30th "Sports" November 29th "Your Best Square Dance Outfit"
Monday Nights weekly we dance the Plus Programme from 7.00 - 9.00 pm Visitors always welcome.
